Our cover this issue, entitled "Sacred City", is by Rob Schouten. Rob was born and raised in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and received a degree in Graphics Design from the School for Graphics Arts in Utrecht. In 1979 he moved to the U.S. and currently lives on Whidbey Island in Puget Sound, Washington. He is a founding member of the Seattle based artist group "Dharmic Engineers."
