Our cover this issue, entitled "Moon Snatcher," is by Rob Schouten.  Rob was born and raised in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, and received a degree in Graphic Design from the School for Graphic Arts in Urecht.  In 1970 he moveed to the U.S. and currently lives on Whidbey Island in Puget Sound, Washington.   He is a founding member fo the Seattle based artists group "Dharmic Engineers."
