The painting on the cover, entitled "Boulder Blues," by Anne Alexander, is infused with the artist's enthusiasm for Colorado's vibrant and lively summer time culture. Anne's art, photography, and graphics have appeared in magazines, books, and annual reports.  Last year her painting was featured by the Rocky Mountain Folks Festival.
