STRESS RELIEF THROUGH CREATIVITY WORKSHOPS. Learn ways to alleviate stress, access your creativity and have fun at the same time. We will do a couple of art projects, and most of the afternoon session will be a journaling discussion and exercises so that you can hopefully begin a new great habit. Art and journaling are very meditative, and I'm looking forward to showing you how to use these tools for self-awareness and growth. A great experience to have with friends!
